Warranty Terms:
We give 1 Year warranty on Sofas only on the frame, Foam & mechanism if any.
The warranty covers manufacturing/ workmanship and material defects that occur during the warranty period. The warranty applies to furniture used under normal household conditions.
What is not covered under this warranty?
This limited warranty does not apply to:
• Normal wear and tear
• Cuts or scratches, button losening or damage caused by impacts or accidents
• Products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used in appropriately, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (eg leather furniture will lighten over time if it's exposed to direct sunlight)
• No warranty on upholstery/ coverings as variations of color or texture in Goods made of natural materials like leather may naturally fade or deteriorate over time. Buttons on tufted products covered with fabric/ leather are also not covered under warranty as we do not have any control over the usage of these products.
