1. Do I need an account to shop on dazzhome.com?

It’s not mandatory to create an account to shop on dazzhome.com.  You can ‘checkout as guest’. However, signing up you can enjoy certain benefits:

3. What are the shipping charges?

Our shipping and handling charges differ based on the product and its weight. Shipping charges are also directly proportional to shipping destination and type of packaging used. Your final shipping and handling charges will be shown at the time of checkout after you enter in the shipping address for the order. For orders of value Rs. 1000 and above within India, there are no shipping charges.

4. Can I pay COD?

We offer COD option for India, for cart value up to Rs. 20,000.

5. What is the shipping schedule that Dazzhome follows?

For orders in India, we offer shipping and delivery via our trusted courier partner – Fedex. We at Dazzhome try to deliver your order within the estimated time limit with high quality packaging. It usually takes 7-10 Business Working Days. Dazzhome also provides international shipping for our International customers via our courier partner DHL.

For international orders, we take usually 15-20 business days depending upon the location and custom clearance. Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays are not considered as working days for standard deliveries.

6. What do I do in case I do not like a product?

Dazzhome products are not only premium quality but we also adhere to the highest quality standards. As per our policies, we do not offer returns or exchanges on orders which are delivered in perfect condition. We only offer refunds or exchanges in case the product we delivered has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.

7. Can I cancel an order after placing?

Cancellation of the order should be done within 2 days of the delivery of the product, as after this period, we will not be able to accept the cancellation.
